Coredy L900X Robot Vacuum Features and Specifications
Coredy L900X robot vacuum comes with several advanced features including automatic dirt disposal, LIDAR navigation system with mapping function, excellent air filtration, large capacity battery, etc.
First of all, the Coredy L900X robot vacuum can be used without the smartphone App, but the number of options is very limited - in order to use the unit fully with all its options and features, one has to use the smartphone App.
Coredy L900X robot vacuum is powered by a high-capacity 14.4V 5200 mAh lithium-ion battery which ensures runtime of up to 190 minutes and takes around 4-5 hours to fully recharge.
Thanks to the advanced navigation system Coredy L900X robot vacuum supports the Recharge and Resume feature - an advanced mapping system accurately maps one floor, allowing the user to set no-go zones if required.
Note: Coredy L900X robot vacuum doesn't support magnetic strips or virtual walls for restricting access to certain areas. Also, the actual runtime depends on the floor types and suction strength.
Coredy L900X robot vacuum cleans the floors using the combinations of a pair of side brushes, central brushroll, and relatively strong suction with the maximum suction of 2700 Pa.
The dirt bin capacity is 500 ml, which is a good capacity for a unit of this size - in most situations, the dirt bin is large enough for thorough cleaning on a single battery charge, without the need of emptying the dirt bin and resuming the cleaning task.
Coredy L900x robot vacuum features a washable HEPA air filter ensuring good air filtration.
However, the manufacturer doesn't state the actual HEPA grade of the air filter.
Note: When the unit arrives, be sure to thoroughly read the manual in order to get accustomed to your new robot vacuum cleaner/robot mop.
Although the unit features a set of sensors that prevent the unit from, for example, falling down the stairs, it is highly recommended to physically block access to such areas, at least until the unit maps the entire floor.
Unit's maximum height is 4.17 inches (~106 mm) due to the LIDAR - there are many robot vacuums on the market that are not that tall, but they don't have LIDAR navigation.
Also, the Coredy L900x robot vacuum is designed to easily navigate homes with different floor types, for example, laminate, hardwood, area rugs, carpets, etc., and to climb obstacles up to 0.78 inches (~20 mm) - Coredy L900x robot vacuum can thoroughly clean both bare floors, low- and medium-pile carpets, but it can get stuck in high-pile carpets, just like most of the robot vacuums.
Automatic Dirt Disposal Unit
Coredy L900X robot vacuum comes with the dirt disposal/charging station unit which is used for automatic dirt disposal, saving the user plenty of time and effort.
The dirt disposal base also acts as a charging station and should be set against the wall, with some free area on both sides of the base and in front of it - this helps the robot to locate the base and to dock with it.
The dirt disposal base features a disposable dust bag that can collect dirt for up to a month - its capacity is ~4300 ml (4.3 liters).
Note: in homes where the floors are heavily soiled and/or with pets, disposable dust bag may fill more quickly.
Coredy L900x Robot Vacuum Mopping Feature
Coredy L900x robot vacuum can also be used as a robot vacuum/robot mop at the same time.
The unit comes with a thin water tank that is set under the back side of the robot with the mopping cloth attached to it.
Note: when the water tank is in its position, the unit's climbing ability is seriously reduced. Also, the Coredy L900x robot vacuum doesn't differentiate floor types (bare floors or carpeted areas) and it is up to the user to create no-go zones for mopping sessions that are actually carpets and area rugs.
Coredy L900x robot vacuum comes with two types of mopping cloths/pads - one (1) reusable washable mopping pad and ten (10) disposable mopping pads.
Personally, while the mopping feature can come really handy, IMHO, the most important feature of the Coredy L900x robot vacuum is its automatic dirt disposal system which allows the user to set the unit and monitor it from time to time using the Coredy smartphone App.
But, when the mopping attachment is used, first the cloth must be attached to the water tank, then the water tank must be filled with the water and attached to the unit. And after the cleaning/mopping, the water tank must be detached from the unit and emptied, and the mopping pad must be detached from the water tank.
It is great that the Coredy L900x robot vacuum has this feature, but most of the time, it should be used as an advanced robot vacuum, not a robot vacuum/mop if You want it to save You some time. Just my 2c.
Coredy L900x Robot Vacuum Cleaning Modes
Coredy L900x robot vacuum features several cleaning modes, including:
- Auto Cleaning mode is a default cleaning mode and is available using the controls on the unit and via smartphone App.
- Zone Cleaning mode is available only via smartphone App - robot cleans a zone defined by the user. After cleaning, unit returns to the charging dock.
- Spot Cleaning mode is available only via smartphone App - robot cleans a specific area with the approximate size of ~5' x 5' (~150 x 150 cm). After cleaning, the unit returns to the charging dock.
- Manual Cleaning mode is available only via smartphone App - the robot is directly controlled by the user via manual controls in the App.
Note: Coredy L900x robot vacuum doesn't feature IR remote control!
Coredy L900x Robot Vacuum Maintenance
In order for the Coredy L900x robot vacuum to operate at peak performance, it must be maintained properly.
Maintenance procedures include:
- water tank should be emptied and cleaned after each use. Also, it should be replaced after a year or as required.
- washable mopping pads should be washed and thoroughly dried after each use. Also, they should be replaced after ~50 uses or when visibly worn.
- disposable mopping pads should be replaced after each use.
- dust bag should be replaced when prompted by an indicator light or by a smartphone App.
- dust bin should be emptied after each use (which is done automatically) and replaced after a year or when visibly worn.

Coredy L900x robot vacuum comes with a 1-year limited warranty.
Long Story Short: If You are looking for an advanced robot vacuum cleaner with an automatic dirt disposal unit at an affordable price, consider the Coredy L900x robot vacuum.
Also, it can be used as a robot vacuum/mop combo for rather thorough cleaning of the bare floors - just be sure that the vacuum doesn't have to clean wet areas and that the carpets are protected as no-go zones.
