Hoover FH50251 Power Scrub Elite - Features
Like models before, Hoover FH50251 features so-called SpinScrub Brush technology. Its main cleaning head comes with patented 360° counter-rotating, removable brushes which gently scrub and tiles and grout, sealed wood, vinyl, carpets, area rugs and other floor surfaces from all angles.
Note: when cleaning/washing sealed wooden floors or carpets positioned on such wooden floors, be sure that the seal has no cracks. Residue moisture can enter the wood through the cracks and cause the wood to change shape and even rot. If you are unsure about your wooden floors, check with the manufacturer if they are safe to be cleaned with carpet washers/cleaners. Also, when cleaning carpets placed on the sensitive wooden floors, protection in form of plastic sheet/foil between the wooden floor and carpets is recommended.
DualV Nozzle provides equal suction throughout the whole width of the nozzle to clean surfaces quickly and evenly.
Hoover FH50251 also features Wash/Rinse selector. It allows the user to switch from 'Wash Mode' to 'Rinse Mode' to remove any solution residue from the cleaned carpets.

'Automatic Detergent Mixing System' simplifies water and detergent mixing by providing the correct mix of detergent and water for optimal cleaning results.

Hoover FH50150 is slightly lighter unit (18.1 vs 18.5 pounds), but FH50251 also features 25% larger tanks, Quick Cleaning Mode with ~45 minutes drying time and Edge Cleaning Bristles.
Although FH50150 features three cleaning accessories, FH50251 comes with improved 2-in-1 tool. Also, main cleaning head brushes are improved, including slightly wider cleaning path.
