Tineco Floor ONE S5 is a rather versatile bare floor cleaning system, coming with several improvements over previous similar Tineco's models.

Tineco Floor ONE S5 Features and Specifications

Tineco Floor ONE S5 is a wet&dry vacuum cleaner and hard floor mop, designed for regular cleaning tasks and cleaning in emergencies various types of debris from bare floors like tiles, vinyl, sealed hardwood, and similar floors.

Note: when cleaning hardwood and similar floors, their finish must be without cracks. Tineco Floor ONE S5 leaves very little moisture on the surface that dries in just a few minutes completely, but better safe than sorry.

Tineco Floor ONE S5 features a nondetachable lithium battery that requires 4-5 hours to completely recharge - the battery is usually shipped in semi-charged condition for safety reasons, so when the unit arrives, assemble it as instructed and recharge the battery completely before the very first use.

As a floor mop, the unit features a two-tank design with both a clean water tank (0.8 liters) and a dirty water tank (0.7 liters) - depending on the cleaning mode and amount of dirt, clean water flow is between 30 and 100 ml/min.

As floor vacuum, Tineco Floor ONE S5 stores the vacuumed dirt in the dirty water tank - it can be used for vacuuming only, but the entire unit is designed for vacuuming and mopping at the same time, saving both time and effort.

To help with the air filtration, Tineco Floor ONE S5 features a pet hair strainer that captures pet and human hair, lint, fibers, and similar larger dirt, while HEPA air filter ensures more thorough air filtration.

Tineco Floor ONE S5 comes with Tineco Deodorizing & Cleaning Solution which can be added (but not required) to the clean water tank in order to improve cleaning, especially the cleaning of stubborn and sticky messes.

The controls of the Tineco Floor ONE S5 are rather simple and they include:

- On/Off Button: turns the unit On and Off.

- Auto/Max Mode Button: allows the user to change the cleaning mode. Tineco Floor ONE S5 comes with an iLOOP set of sensors that measure the amount of cleaned dirt and automatically adjust the water flow and suction, extending the battery up to 35 minutes on a single battery charge. In the Max mode, suction is at its maximum with the increased water flow, with the runtime somewhat shorter - up to 28 minutes.

- Self-Cleaning Button: allows the user to clean the brushroll and the rest of the internal components by placing the unit on the charging base and pressing the self-cleaning button.

During operation, noise levels are up to 78 dB - Tineco Floor ONE S5 is not the quietest unit on the market, but also, it is far from being loud.

The main cleaner head features a very soft brushroll optimized for vacuuming/washing of the bare floors and for edge cleaning on the right side of the main cleaner head (looking from the back - from the user's perspective).

As the brushroll spins, water with or without cleaning solution is sprayed improving the cleaning, after which is everything vacuumed into the dirty water tank.

Note: when the unit is in the upright position, the brushroll will not spin - the unit must be reclined backward. Also, the unit features a set of sensors that monitor the operation and signal to the user events like empty clean water tank, full dirt water tank, brushroll jam, and similar.

Tineco Floor ONE S5 features a large LED screen providing the user with numerous, easily readable information regarding the cleaning and the unit itself.

One of very interesting features is red/blue loop, indicating amount of the sensed dirt, ensuring that no spot is left uncleaned and that the user doesn't waste time on the already cleaned areas.

Also, Tineco Floor ONE S5 supports the use of the Tineco Home App which provides helpful maintenance reminders, unit status, cleaning reports, troubleshooting tips, and similar.

When the unit is not in use, it is placed on the 3-in-1 dock, which is used for charging, storage, and for self-cleaning.

The charging/docking station features ~70 inches (~1.77 m) long power cord, allowing the user to place it aside, but close enough to be reached immediately when required.
