Housmile Anti-Dust Mites UV Vacuum Cleaner is very effective and affordable anti-bacterial/anti-dust mites vacuum cleaner, intended for deep cleaning of mattresses, pillows, sofas, beds, pet beds(!), curtains and other similar surfaces that need to be not only thoroughly cleaned, but sanitized.
As a mattress vacuum cleaner, Housmile 810 combines several methods for deep cleaning including strong suction, UV light, high-frequency vibrations, hot air fan which are combined with true HEPA air filtration system, being able to filter our at least 99.97% of 0.3 microns or larger particles.

Housmile 810 Anti-Bacterial UV Vacuum Cleaner Features and Specifications
Housmile 810 is typical, oddly-shaped, handheld mattress vacuum cleaner. It weighs 'only' 4.5 pounds (~2 kg) and is easy and safe to use.
Despite being rather compact, Housmile 810 is powered with strong motor creating suction of 10.5 kPa and is rated at 350 watts. Such suction ensures deep cleaning of mattress, pillows and similar surfaces, by pulling out various types of debris, not just germs, pollen and similar.
In order to clean and sanitize mattresses, beds, pillows, pet beds and similar areas thoroughly, Housmile 810 combines several methods:
- rotating brushroll which helps pick up surface dirt, including pet hair, lint, fibers, crumbs, etc. but also sends high-frequency (6000 cycle/minutes) vibrations deep into the cleaner surfaces. Such vibrations set loose deeply embedded and stubborn dirt, which is then vacuumed via strong air flow.
- UV light that emits at rather harmful 253.7 nm and irradiate surface, killing bed bugs, mites, bacteria and other germs in the process. Rate of sanitation is higher than 99.7% which also depends on the length of irradiation and the depth of the cleaned area.
- strong suction of 10.5 kPa ensures that the dirt, regardless of its type, gets vacuumed into the vacuum cleaner.
- hot air (~130°F, 55°C) fan warm up the cleaned surface in order the to dry it. Moisture is one of the requirements for bed bugs to survive - when the moisture is removed, bed bugs simply die out.
Because UV lights are harmful and some fabric don't react well when cleaned with the rotating brushrolls, Housmile comes with several safety features:
- UV light safety switch turns Off UV lamp when the unit is turned on, but not pressed onto the cleaned surface,
- rotating brushroll safety switch turns off the brushroll when the vacuum is lifted 2 or more inches (5 or more cm) above the cleaned surface.
Also, when vacuuming sensitive surfaces, user can turn off the brushroll in order to prevent any damage.
Note that UV light and hot air fan cannot be turned off by using vacuum's controls.
Dirt cup capacity is 0.2 liters and is rather small, but for mattress vacuum cleaner it is more than large enough. If you do find it too small for vacuuming your mattresses, there is something wrong with your mattresses - IMHO, get the new mattresses.
Air filtration is excellent - Housmile 810 features true HEPA air filtration and is able to capture 99.97% of 0.3 microns or larger particles.
Air filter is washable, helping the user keep the maintenance costs low.

As one can see, all three models come with similar features and performances:
- Housmile 836 comes with the strongest motor and the strongest suction,
- all three models feature 'true' HEPA air filtration system that is able to filter out at least 99.97% of o.3 microns or larger particles,
- Housmile 836 comes with the largest dirt cup,
- Housmile 810 is the heaviest of them all.
However, Housmile 810 and Housmile 804 also feature high-frequency vibrations and hot air fan, while Housmile 836 lacks these two features.
Although Housmile 836 comes with 8 inches (20 cm) wide UV lamp, larger dirt cup, stronger motor and suction, personally, Housmile 810 unit is better all-around mattress/dust-mites vacuum cleaner than Housmile 836 model.
Housmile 804 is still an excellent mattress vacuum cleaner, after all, when it appeared on the market, it practically set the new standards for such units.
